FCH News

The Farmers Coop of Hanska would like to welcome Tim Miller to the FCH board of directors. Tim and his brother Todd operate a corn and soybean farm along with a market turkey enterprise just north of Hanska. Tim was elected to serve a 3 year term at last nights annual meeting.

We would also like to thank Richard Wellman for his 34 years of service on the FCH board. Richard has seen a huge amount of change over the years and we appreciate his commitment and guidance over that time

Farmers Cooperative of Hanska will not be accepting Syngenta Agrisure Duracade and Agrisure Viptera corn at any of our facilities. Many of the export markets have not approved those traits, and in turn, the companies that FCH sells grain to have taken a stance against accepting these traits as well. We will work with any producers who have planted these traits to set up delivery to our Feedmill in Mankato. FCH will be spot checking loads as the harvest season begins. If you have any questions please call Scott Ziegler at (507) 345-4103.
