Storage or Warehouse Receipt - 10 cent minimum storage cost will cover the first 75 days
- 4 cents per month after the first 75 days storage charge per day after the 10cent minimum cost
- Corn dried to 14% - current discounts to apply
- Beans shrunk to 13% - current discounts to apply
- When grain applied to a warehouse receipt is priced, the receipt needs to be signed before a check can be issued.
- Grain can be under loan
- You retain title and ownership of grain
Price Later - Grain can be delivered to any of FCH's locations as space allows
- Title (ownership) will pass upon delivery to FCH
- Price later grain cannot be put on warehouse receipt, open storage, or grain bank once it is placed on a price later contract
- Corn will be dried and shrunk to 15% moisture at FCH's published rates at time of delivery
- Each load will stand on its own
- The corn must be priced at the nearby bid for location to which the corn was delivered. No sales of price later can be made for deferred delivery price
- Grain that has been previously forward contracted cannot be delivered on price later and applied to the forward contract during the delivery period the grain was contracted for (this would give FCH double ownership)
- If Price Later contract is not signed 7 business days after the last load is deliverd, FCH will charge the 10 cent minimum storage charge and move the grain to open storage.
- FCH may grant permission to deliver forward contracts early. Payment will be deferred to the original delivery date. This is not considered price later
- 10 cents minimum 4 cents a month after 75 days service fees apply. Service charges will end the day we open up free Price Later
Scale Ticket Procedures - You must know what you are going to do with the grain at the time it is being dumped
- It is the responsibility of the trucker to know the application of the grain
- It is the trucker's responsibility to ensure accuracy of the scale ticket at the time it is printed
- All tickets needing to be changed the next business day or beyond will be subject to a 2 cent per bushel service charge
Contract Procedures - A contract confirmation will be sent the next business day after making a contract over the phone
- The confirmation should be signed and returned to FCH within 7 business days after being received
- If you do not recieve a confirmation within 7 business days, please call FCH as soon as possible
- If the signed copy is not returned to FCH within 7 business days, FCH will make every effort to contact you
- In the event FCH has not received the confirmation in 7 business days, and all efforts have been exhausted, the contract will be cancelled and you will be responsible for any market losses.
Loadout - 9 cent charge for both inbound and outbound for a total of 18 cents
- Storage charges are also assessed

- Moisture: $.02 per 1/2 point drying charge - 14.0% to store 15.0% to sell
- Shrink Factor, 1.4% per point
- Test Weight: $.02 per point below 54.0
- FM: $.03 per point from 3 to 4
- $.04 per point from 5 to 6
- $.06 per point for 7+
- Damage: $.02 per point above 5
- Soybeans
- Moisture: 1% shrink per half point from 13.0% to 15.0%
- 2% shrink per half point for 15%+
- Higher than 18% subject to rejection
- Test Weight: $.02 per point below 54.0
- FM: 1% shrink per point above 1.0
- Damage: $.02 per point above 2
